As a GB masters athlete and former rugby player at Esher RFC, Tony has a wealth of experience in a range of sports.
He has helped many players recover from injury with a training plan that gets them back on the pitch feeling healthy and confident.

Pitch Training involves:
- Warm up
- Drills for stretching, speed, and agility
- Mini hurdle work for reaction, speed and agility
- Band work for strength and joint movement/extension
- Plyometric jumps for rebound strength
- Multi-directional sprinting for sport appropriate action on the pitch
